可見齊柏林拍攝照片之多、品質之精，都令人感到震驚與讚嘆不已。自從1990年齊柏林任職國道新建工程局，便開始進行無止盡的空中拍攝，高山、河湖、平原、海岸、島礁…，記錄下台灣的各種美麗與哀愁。
儘管在2017年6月10日，這一切都隨著齊柏林的最後一次著陸，暫時畫下句點。但他已為台灣留下了珍貴的影像資產，高達二、三十萬幅空拍照片，還有震撼人心的金馬獎得獎紀錄片《看見台灣》等。
